Listing in The Directory
All free listings will remain free for a defined period without any obligation to upgrade unless you agree to upgrade the listing. Featured and premium listings are billed according to their plan. The prices and payment terms for upgrading a listing and entering The Directory are displayed at all times on this website, including at the point where you choose to make a purchase.
The subscriber understands and agrees that by purchasing a listing for their business, the listing will not renew automatically upon its expiration date, and renewal will need to be performed under terms selected by the subscriber at the price set by The Directory. A company listing cannot be substituted for another company’s listing.
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us, and the termination will take effect within 30 days. If a subscriber requires immediate removal of a listing, please contact us. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period. If a subscriber removes their listing within the subscription period, any reinstatement of that listing will be charged at the original subscription price.

Subscribers
Your dealings with subscribers, businesses, or any entities found through this Directory and Service are solely between you and the individual, company, partnership, or entity. You agree that we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of such dealings or the presence of a listing in this Service.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Directory, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders, other partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party due to or arising out of:
